Cut Parts

In our cutting workshop, we process over 100,000 pieces of underwear fabric every day. With a cutting precision of 1mm, we ensure that every batch of products maintains consistent sizing and high accuracy. Each month, we handle more than 100 tons of fabric and deliver over 50 million high-quality cut pieces annually to our global customers.

In Production

In our sewing workshop, we produce over 50,000 pairs of underwear every day. Our production lines are equipped with efficient automation systems and precision sewing technology, with each sewing machine achieving a stitching accuracy of 0.5mm, ensuring that the stitching quality of every pair meets high standards.

Quality Inspection

We perform thread trimming on each pair of underwear, ensuring that 99% of the products have no remaining threads. All products are precisely measured, with size deviations controlled within ±2mm. Each batch of products undergoes 100% needle checking using professional equipment.

In Package

Each pair of underwear undergoes a three-layer packaging process: individual packaging, sales packaging, and shipping packaging. All products are 100% sterilized for each batch, and custom sales packaging can be provided.
